Board stoopid

The line-up for Newquay’s Ripcurl Boardmasters Unleashed Music Festival (hey, that’s easy for you to say), just gets better and better.

Festival bigwigs have already secured the ‘talents’ of headliners Feeder and Starsailor but aren’t resting on their proverbial laurels. Oooh no.

Word reaches us that nobody’s favourite kazoo-bothering kooks Gomez have just been added to the bill.

If you’ve managed to avoid the band’s last four albums (and we wouldn’t be surprised if you have), you probably don’t know what Gomez have to offer.

So, let’s turn to the press release and see if it can help out.

‘When asked to describe what Gomez sound like, words fail,’ it says, ‘as to categorise them is to deny them their inherent diversity’.

Oh.
