With Motion Plymouth rumbling into town we thought we’d better remind you that our friends at Openreel will be acting as host for the events at the art centre in Looe St, Plymouth, on November 17.
The curtain goes up at 2pm and will stay up till 10pm, and there’s a whole bring your own thing going on. So just turn up with your film and watch it on the big screen.

Go out on Tuesday night. Go. There are a couple of great things going on. The Creative Collective for one, down at the Exeter Phoenix. But if you’re in the mood for music head off to the Centre of Contemporary Art in Nature up in Haldon Forest where you’ll be able to catch the only Devon performance of the fiercly haunting Veda Hille (check out the excellent blog-type site) – who can resist something with the constant threat of tragedy?
And then download the first of the Melting Pot Live Sessions, which also takes place on Tuesday evening and is brought to you specially over the internet by The People’s Republic of South Devon? You need not miss a thing.
