Hotly tipped to be the biggest short film of the year, When God Lived in Kentish Town, a production from Exeter’s own Pangaea TV and cult (which means international best seller that you haven’t heard of) novelist Michael Marshall Smith is in need of a top-class Art Director, chippies and a set (nails and wood to the unimaginative) to finish the film.
