Brush off your Burlesque brassiere and head to the Lemongrove tonight for the Hot Bitches Party.
What the?! Oh yes, all the bands are female fronted from far and wide and your home stomping ground. The hot, hip and happening honies will be leading Civilian, Obedient Bone, Evi Vine, Koogaphone and more.
Plus the Fleabag Family Circus will be performing - now that really is hot, along with the slippery shenanigans of a pole dancer.
Plus the comedic comparing of Jackie Juno.
Get down to the Lemongrove tonight and make the bankholiday weekend a hot one.

(oh, and SpectralWorkshop will be recording the whole thing for a Melting Pot live session. This could be your first step to the Big Brother Household… in South Devon)

Don’t make waves. Not here in the south west, anyway. The latest Energy White Paper doesn’t go far enough in offering financial support to offshore renewables or renewable heat. The bottom line is continued uncertainty over the financial viability of wave power in the south west - there’s enough sea, ain’t there? There’s the Wave Hub project just of Cornwall, ain’t there?
Wave device developers should set sail for Scotland and Portugal, where they’ll be offered more mullah for their musings.
Let’s leave the final word on the white paper to Matthew Spencer, chief exec of Regen SW:” A far reaching sustainable energy strategy has been agreed by the UK at a European level, but this paper does not consider how we are to meet its goals. Unfortunately it looks like we will need another energy review before government can answer the question of how we are going to deliver 20% of the UK’s energy from renewables.”
