Climate change at Seale-Hayne

February 21st, 2008

Seale Hayne

The legions of staff, fixers and hangers-on that make up the PRSD machine are getting their culmulative 8 stone behind the transition of Seale-Hayne into the country’s first Climate Change Centre. And the heat is on. The time will run out on March 14.

The campaign itself is calling on rich friends, contacts, donations, time and signatures to support the bid. And you could always go to the Make It Happen Event on March 7, at Ashburton Town Hall at 8pm.

There will be poets, performance and plenty more. Tickets are £7 for low income, otherwise £9. Children are free and there are buses to Totnes for a fiver. All proceeds goes to the Climate Change Solutions Fundraising Group.
