Torquay Fringe – Tone Holman

Torquay Fringe

Tone Holmen's recycled polar bears

We’re all for recycled art here in the People’s Republic of South Devon, and making something useful out of what others throw away, things that the everyday folk leave behind… err.. reminds us of our youth. This year at the Torquay Fringe, Jerwood Prize short-listed Tone Holman’s offers up life-size polar bears made of recycled plastic bags. They will be on show at Living Coats from August 1 – 30.

Listen to Tone Holman talk about her work.
