the former new shopping centre in exeter

“The Government has finally launched its consultation on new planning policy for town centres (PPS6).,” Friends of the Earth told PRSD. “Their proposals have been billed as a boost to small shops - but on closer inspection they reveal further support of the supermarket takeover.”
