The Brook Gallery, Budleigh Salterton, is showing a selection of Pablo Picasso’s work alongside that of Trevor Price, from December 6 to January 2.
The Picassos are from his 347 Series, which ‘was, in printmaking, the undertaking which defined late Picasso’ and was published in 1969 (hence the summer of love, see – those Brook Gallery lot are no slouches).

Contemporary artist Trevor Price ‘also recognises the humour and intimacy of human encounters’, according to Brook. Either way, a summer of love and a winter of seduction sounds a lot better than the prospect of a winter of discontent.
The show opens on Saturday, December 6 and runs until January 2 at the Brook Gallery, Budleigh Salteron.
