Exeter is home to a raft of new art exhibitions

Art exhibitions are popping up quicker than snowdrops at the moment, especially in Exeter. Here are a few shows of note.

Clare Flint and Simon Ruscoe have taken over the Exeter Artspace gallery at Exeter Castle, with their larger than life take on human emotional responses to the outside world in their combined Call of the Lost show.

At the Exeter Phoenix, Haddock and Chubb are exploring the creation of a Brutalist world, recycling as they go in Suspension.

The Spacex is hosting the ‘high-impact sensory overload’ that is Laura Kidauka’s Celebration of Failure.

And the achingly chic istorm gallery on Exeter’s Quay is showing the work of Dmitry Trubin.

We’ve kept this down to the ones that are just opening this weekend or in the case of Clare Flint and Simon Ruscoe opened this week. If you know of an exhibition or an artist that you think should be covered, get in touch with info@peoplesrepublicofsouthdevon.co.uk
