
Things are going well for artist Clare Flint. Not only did the Call of the Lost exhibition at Exeter Castle create quite a stir, but she also popped along to exhibit at the Bargehouse, Oxo Tower, London, and she’s on the cover of the latest arts+culture magazine (we know which we reckon is the pinnacle of her career to date). We caught up with and asked a few burning questions.
What’s your favourite film?
My Fair Lady, Constantine and The Money Pit
Favourite or most inspirational place?
Rome.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
If you want to make sure something’s done do it yourself’
Professionally, what’s your goal?
To take on more complex themes in my paintings and big projects.
What’s your tip for a great day out?
To go out and explore the variety of countryside and open spaces in Devon.
What wouldn’t you do without?
Pencils, sketchbooks oil paints and canvas
