More Lib Dems take the Twitter-esque manifesto challenge for the #devonelection

Is it just the Lib Dems are more tuned in than any other party? Maybe they just like to engage with people more, who are we to say? One thing we do know is we’ve had another 140 character manifesto in Twitter-type style from another Lib Dem big wig. This time from Teignbridge’s Jolly Green Giant, Gordon Hook, who’s a candidate in the county council elections. Here are his 140 characters.
