Linda Moss’s Organic Places to Stay: UK and Ireland is our Our Green Book book of the week this week, not least because it’s a finalist in the People’s Book awards.
Food can either make or break a holiday and Linda has complied a list of hotels, guest houses, B&Bs, camp sites and self-catering accommodation which fit within an ethos of organic.
The majority of the entries use 50 per cent organic produce over the year, with quite a few growing their own produce and others focusing on local produce.
You can vote for it in the People’s Book Prize and you can buy it from you can buy it from Green Books, the Devon publisher.
