In case you haven’t seen it, here’s an interview with Cllr John Hart, the leader of Devon County Council. We’ve only just found it, and it was from the start of their tenure. Still worth a look though, just to familiarise yourself with the movers and shakers.
Oh, and it’s nice to know John’s an honest man (just ask anyone who knows him), leading a ‘reasonable’ bunch. Can’t say fairer than that.
