The Totnes Town Council seat is also being contested by Eleanor Cohen for Labour, and John Harvey, who hasn’t filled that bit of the form in.
The district council election has no such omission, with Tory (Bob Greig), Lib Dem (Mike Hannaford) and Labour (Christopher Robillard) all contesting the seat.
