What young people wouldn’t be fascinated by the not so dusty corners of modern museums? If you’re a ‘creative freelancer with experience of working with young people and with youth provision in local government to facilitate partnerships between museums and youth services and develop proposals for innovative projects’ (not if you use phrases like that, you won’t!) a new project with Exeter Royal Albert Memorial Museum, could be right up your street.
The closing date is Monday, December 14 with a wage of between £10,000 and £15,000. The job will involve overcoming ‘barriers to participation in cultural activities amongst young people aged 14 to 19, change attitudes and perceptions in both young people and heritage organisations, and build lasting relationships with partner youth organisations’.
