Good question. I think the priority has to be to stop the Tories selling CityBus right now. The restrictions the Tories have placed on the sale (no route closures for a paltry six months etc) suggest that there is likely to be a very different configuration of CityBus once Go-Ahead has a free ride. We can look at their purchases of other bus companies around the country to see what type of changes we might expect them to make to CityBus. This might mean that should Labour win the Council in the May elections the CityBus that the Tories are selling might look very different come May. The key thing at the moment is to stop the Tories selling CityBus now. With 24 hours to go we need people to lobby their own councillors asking them not to sell CityBus.
