A handy heat map that has turned questionnaire responses about council services into coloured geographic blobs has been launched by eGovToolkit.
Questions such as satisfaction with refuse collection, library services and local transport information – to name but three – are reflected in a changing colour-coded map reflecting council areas and their subsequent performance.
You can also compare neighbouring councils’ performance, and it’s well worth playing around on for a few minutes, to find out more about where you live.
