Luke Pollard, Labour Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for South West Devon, has been attacking the Conservative 22-year promise to provide a swimming pool for Plymstock.
The issue has come up for air because Plymouth City Council has come out with its aqautics strategy – with no mention of Plymstock, says the Labour campaigner.
After 22 years of treading water on swimming pool issue, will it leave Conservative Vivian Pengelly, up the creak without a doggy paddle come polling day on Thursday, May 6?
