Tarte Noire – women's only Playback Theatre group – at Newton Abbot

Women’s Playback Theatre Company, Tarte Noire – who perform to women-only audiences – will be at the Jolly Farmer in Newton Abbot, on Tuesday, February 23.

Playback Theatre in an interactive style of theatre with no script and few props, and the performance is based on stories offered up by members of the audience.

Tarte Noire perform to women-only audiences and one of the members of the group told us: “Audience members tell us our performances are moving, fun, connecting and inspirational. Please do come if you can, and bring your women friends.”

The theme is Stories of Freedom, Trust and Hope.

The group be upstairs at the Jolly Abbot, Newton Abbot from 8pm to 9.30pm, with the suggested donation of £5 or £3 unwaged.

Tarte Noire will also be performing at the Arts Centre Crediton, on Tuesday, March 9 and Bogan House Totnes on Tuesday, March 23.
