		<description>Their &quot;Open&quot; selection pitted two council worthies against a pretty lady Dr who said that she wanted to restrict the EU. Rather like offering me a UKIP, BNP and a Lib Dem candidate - for no more clearly put up job can be imagined.

UKIP prob got more votes in Totnes than the Cons at the Euro-elections - see the link in this blog:
