Top names in the art work, including Gavin Turk, Stuart Semple, Edward Ashton, Freya Douglas Morris, Jake Clark, Julian Opie, Luke Frost, Matthew Lanyon, Tim Simmons and Bill Drummond have donated art work to the Chestnut Appeal‘s annual art auction.
The Plymouth-based charity will hold it’s annual auction in Penzance on Thursday, July 29 and includes a whole host of fab art.
Organiser, David Squires from the Chestnut Appeal for Prostate Cancer, told our Arts+Culture site: “And we have a few really special pieces such as the Gavin Turk print, a one off piece from Stuart Semple, a piece done especially for the auction by Peter Lamb and a hand painted bodyboard by Ben Cook.”
There’s also a super offer from Bill Drummond.
The Chestnut Appeal is a charity, based in Plymouth, supporting men with prostate cancer and their families across Devon and Cornwall.
All the work can be viewed online.
