Vegetarian Devon, a website listing only venues that are exclusively vegetarian has been launched. There are plenty of ‘veggie friendly’ listings. But it is quite difficult to find somewhere to stay or eat that is exclusively vegetarian. The people who run these places will invariably be vegetarian themselves and know how to prepare really tasty food, there will always be a good turn over of produce so you won’t get served up anything that’s been lurking at the back of the freezer for a while! 
The Real Food Exeter vision is to provide a food store with locally sourced fresh food and a limited range of Fairtrade imported or exotic food stuffs, a café serving simple seasonal dishes and in-store artisan bakery (independently financed) supplying both parts of the store.
