Teignmouth experienced a weekend of folk culture with its 13th annual festival. A dozen or more Morris groups joined music bands by the sea with spectacular views of the Ness and Dartmoor up the Teign Estuary.
The wide selection enabled all to pick their venues from hall to pub to indulge this ongoing successful annual festical.
At times not all was rosy, reflecting a good British Summer, the band from Exeter, Eat The Rich were driven by gale force winds blowing down the Teign, to retreat inside the Ship Inn.
Sunday set fair, with sunshine and warmth as the Appalachian Dancers put on a polished performance at the Pier and The Irish Band played on at the Ship. A good weekend for Teignmouth and music lovers.

Loved Eat The Rich – both times. Awesome!!!!!!
