Soundart Radio 102.5fm is the community radio station for the Totnes area of South Devon, specialising in arts programming and experimental approaches to radio. It broadcasts live from its studio at Dartington Hall for around 14 hours a day, and is currently looking for volunteers who would enjoy helping to run a busy, creative radio studio.
If you can spare some time any weekday, either from 10am-4pm or from 5pm-11pm, then we would love to hear from you for one of the following roles:
Studio Assistant Suited to someone with some prior experience in music technology, broadcasting or IT. Duties include supporting programme makers in the studio, downloading programmes for broadcast and coordinating with studio managers.
Keyholder who will be responsible for opening and closing the building, welcoming programme makers, answering phones and taking messages, dealing with enquiries, keeping the space tidy and other daily tasks.
