We picked up this picture of a Devon Recycle Bin from the eco pic of the day site. And we ask the same question inspired by the Hope Cove, snap: why can’t other blue flag beaches do their bit to help our environment? • Do they, or don’t they – we don’t know! The latest and we suspect the last of the candidates to have got back to us with their election address is Lib Dem Cathie Pannell, who standing for the county council in the South Hams.
