You ever get the feeling that the NHS would run perfectly well if it didn’t have to care for those who are ill? And one area of the NHS that is severely lacking (I was told woefully inadequate) is mental health provision in the bay area. But hey, don’t listen to this idle conjecture, check out this story from the Herald Express.
